CANCELLATION POLICY


We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel your appointment. However, we request that you if you must cancel your appointment, you provide at least 24 hours notice for appointments. This will enable another client on our waitlists to be scheduled in that appointment slot. Microblading cancellations require two (2) business days advance notice. With cancellations that are made with short notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other clients.

Appointments which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification is subject to a %50 of service cancellation fee.

Microblading cancellations require two (2) business day advance notice and without notification is subject to a %50 cancellation fee.

Microblading Stage 2 cancellations will be subject to a $65 cancellation fee.

If you fail to notice or make it your appointment, no shows will be charged for the full service. This is a process that compensates our employees for lost scheduling opportunity.

If there are any changes in your schedule that don't allow you to make it please be sure to inform us. All cancellations must be called in if your appointment is within 24 hours. Should our front desk fail to answer, please leave a message stating your name and that you have an appointment to cancel, as all messages are dated and time stamped, and our staff will confirm as soon as possible that they have received your message.

The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the clients next appointment.  

We understand that special inevitable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived, but only with management approval.
